We are looking for a strategic, results-driven SEO Expert & Content Writer to grow our organic reach and craft compelling digital content that speaks directly to our global fan base.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)Own and execute Crickbuster’s SEO strategy across all digital properties (main site, microsites, campaign landing pages).Perform in-depth keyword research, gap analysis, and competitor audits.Optimize technical elements such as metadata, internal linking, sitemaps, schema markup, and URL structure.Collaborate with developers and designers to implement technical SEO best practices (Next.js or similar frameworks a plus).Track and report on SEO performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.Lead efforts for preserving SEO equity during site migrations or major redesigns.Continuously identify new opportunities to rank for high-value cricket, travel, and fan experience keywords.Content Writing & StrategyWrite engaging, search-optimized content including landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions, and email campaigns.Develop copy that aligns with Crickbuster’s voice—passionate, fan-first, and experience-driven.Create persuasive content for marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and .Work closely with the design and product teams to bring fan-centric ideas to life through storytelling.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and platforms.Support content needs for our B2B and B2C verticals, especially during high-traffic events and tournaments.Preferred Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in SEO and digital content writing, ideally in travel, sports, or entertainment.Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), basic HTML/CSS, and structured data.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and development.A passion for sports—especially cricket—and an understanding of fan behavior and engagement.Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines.Nice to HaveExperience with international/multilingual SEO.Familiarity with paid search campaigns and conversion-focused content.Understanding of sports travel trends, fan journey, or cricket event calendars.
