As part of our Security Team, you will…
• Monitor the premises, conduct regular perimeter patrols, and complete safety and fire equipment checks to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.

Experience And Qualifications
You may already have experience as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer within Retail, Hospitality or Leisure which is great! All we are looking for is…
• SIA license
• Experience within a similar role
• Committed and focused on delivering a professional service
• The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations
• Team player, who will be happy to support other departments
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to customer care
