Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects from start to finish
2. Edit raw footage to create visually stunning videos that align with brand guidelines
3. Enhance videos with graphics, animations, and special effects to elevate the overall production value
4. Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing skills
6. Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior editors to help them grow in their roles
7. Maintain organized file management and adhere to best practices for video editing workflow
