Job Description
Draw plans, maps and sketches using specialized software such as CorelDraw, Photoshop and Illustrator under
illuminated or non-illuminated sign projects.
Ensure that all norms, graphics and technical standards in drawing production are respected and ensure that drawings and sketches conform to the initial specifications.
Produce drawings and scale models based on reference documents. Cooperate with the different project managers to collect the data required for the design of detailed plans, determine the preparatory elements of the project from the information received.
List and check all the produced documentation, and attend the design team meetings.
Carry out all other relevant tasks that may help in the completion of projects.
Skills Required:
College diploma in graphic or industrial design, professional studies diploma in building design, industrial design, or any other training considered equivalent to the above.
In-depth knowledge of graphic design software (Illustrator and Photoshop).
Excellent command of common office automation software.
Ability to read architectural and building plans. This is regarded as an asset.
High motivation. Interpersonal skills, reliability, initiative and attention to detail.
Good communication and team work skills.
Bilingual English/French, verbal and written comprehension.
