We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various Global Industries, Banks, Indian Corporates and MNCs on a PAN India basis for over a decade. We are looking for the suitable candidates for the below-given positions for one of the prestigious private Bank based in Delhi, Pune, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Education : Post Graduate/ Graduate Degree in Financial discipline AMFI / NISM certified
IRDA Certification
Experience : Relationship Management experience in Banks, NBFC, Brokerage houses 3 yrs +
Key Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills – English & Vernacular
Good Presentation skills & networking skills – ability to start relationships
and build rapport Sound knowledge of Banking Products Good analytical skills, ability to understand client needs and sell range of pdts

Key Roles : Achieve personal and business unit goals by implementing a variety of
Relationship deepening technique and new business acquisition activities
Acquiring and managing Resident and NRI clients Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored Banking & Wealth management solutions
Work in close coordination with Service Delivery Ambassadors to deliver superior service to clients Cross-sell Trade & Wealth, Insurance products to clients Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client according at defined frequency

Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
• Position Name : Premium Current Account Relationship Manager (PCARM).

Budget : Up to 7.50 LPA
Overall Goal: Current Account RM will be responsible for
Acquisition of new Business Entity customers and creating CA Book
Management of Acquired Current Account customers
Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the these current account customers
Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
Make RBL Bank a primary bank for customer and get maximum wallet share
Key Result / Responsibility Areas:
a) Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account) customers –
Acquisition of NTB High Value Current Accounts
NTB Acquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade
Identify and Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits viz Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc
Acquire New to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash Management Services & Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Account services
RM will have to create his own CA book by self-sourcing, Market Visit & Industry & Area Scoping, External References & Leads.
b) Portfolio Management –
Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensure that Group company and Family customers also bank with RBL Bank
Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport, customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated in system provided.
Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.
Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated
Cross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation and engagement
Basis customer business requirement cross sell products like POS , Payment Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.
Cross Sell various RBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customers and related group business/ family
Drive active business transaction through RBL bank account
Should know the customer's business in order to provide banking and financial solutions
Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank
B) Customer Services:
Ensure quality customer service is delivered
Recording complaints as per the specified process
Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulated TAT's and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures
Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customers
C) Target Achievement:
PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, product cross sell and book value build up
Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement of the Targets
CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card
Competencies:
Sales and Influencing Skills
Banking Product & Process Knowledge. The candidate should have past experience of Current Account
product & processes, Trade & Forex , Door Step banking and other current account related products.
Planning and Organizing Skills
Communication & Writing skills
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
Preferred Sector: BSFI
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: Above 3 years in a Current Account /Trade- Forex sales & / or relationship role in any of the sectors
mentioned above
Reporting: CA RM will report to Branch Managers.
• Insignia RM:

Budget : Up to 18 Lacs
Position Purpose: To generate revenue, from sourcing new to bank relationships
from identified verticals and by cross selling of Wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners
Responsibilities: 1. Increasing the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through, deepening and new acquisition.
2. Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking and wealth products like Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets etc.
3. Ensure quality of sourcing by acquiring Potential Insignia Clients.
4. Acquiring and managing both business, individual (resident and
NRI) clients.
5. Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling
more number of products per client.
6. Performing Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client at
defined frequency.
7. Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of
clients with superior and tailored wealth management and
business banking solutions.
8. Work in close coordination with Client Experience Manager's to
deliver superior service to clients.
+. Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
10. Reduce rejection rates and improve quality of documentation.
11. Ensuring 360° client engagement – "Total Client Ownership".
