As a Software Development Engineer in SV, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a highly experienced teams delivering BSS/OSS solutions for various service providers across the globe. You shall work with one or more products from the comprehensive product suite of CSGi which includes Singleview - Convergent Billing, Customer Management & Commerce Engine. You will be responsible for delivering quality solutions including the low level design, coding & testing with minimum guidance. You may be involved in the mentoring initiatives. You will get to leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Test Automation etc.
As a successful candidate, you will meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
- Have 4-6 years of technical experience in the telecom BSS domain in solution design and or product development.
- Must have excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in languages like Perl, shell scripting, C & SQL .
- Have excellent experience using UNIX LINUX environments to develop, deploy, and manage applications.
- Programming and administration experience with Oracle (or other databases) would be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC Software Methodologies andor experience in SAFe Scrum Kanban is preferable.
- Basic understanding of Tools like SOAP UI, Seagull would be an added advantage.
- Effective communication both verbal & written would be required.
- Should have aptitude to positively collaborate across multiple teams
