Site Admin Extraordinaire Wanted – Site-Based Role (Yarwun / QAL / Head Office)
Hours:
6:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Thursday
6:00am – 12:00pm Fridays (hello long weekends!)
Location: Primarily Rio Tinto Yarwun, with flexibility to work at QAL and Head Office as needed.

Reconciling daily timesheets
Generating & reconciling monthly claims
Document control & data entry
Booking travel & fatigue management
Assisting with training & onboarding
Supporting site managers & reporting on completions
What You’ll Bring
Previous site-based admin experience
Strong Excel skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
Great communication & teamwork skills
Commitment to Health & Safety practices
Bonus if you have:
White/Blue Card (construction induction)
Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willing to obtain)
