He kupu mō mātou – About us
Established in 1902, Maungaturoto is one of our oldest sites. With four plants, the site processes around 247 million litres of milk a year and processes raw milk into a range of milk powders, whey powders and rennet casein. Our Whey powder is used as a source of protein in nutritional powders, beverages and cultured products and the Casein is used for process cheese production. These products are exported to international markets worldwide.
Mō tēnei tūranga – About the opportunity
As our Site Administrator, you'll be the face of our Maungaturoto site, ensuring exceptional customer service at reception while providing vital admin support to our Admin, Services & Operations team. Reporting through to the Production Coordinator and to the Site Manager, your role will involve monitoring daily security alerts, safety review/checks, managing pool car bookings, stationery orders, and acting as the key point of contact for site-wide contractors.
Please note that this is a fulltime permanent position.

You’ll be a friendly and approachable person, with a passion for helping others. We want to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in a reception or administrator role would be a bonus
Tech savvy skills including the ability to use MS Suite and ideally SAP and Gallagher
Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
Can-do and confident attitude
Reliable and strong work ethic.
