What you will be doing… In this role, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Based on site, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Supporting a team of engineers with any administrative tasks
Overseeing general document organisation and processing
Preparation of reports in relation to the data
Manage and maintain project records, ensuring that information is up-to-date and stored appropriately
Providing assistance for general inquiries
Assist with minutes of meetings
What you need… To be successful in this role, you will have the following key skills and attributes:
You will be an experienced, hands-on administrator with excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple administration functions
Experience in construction / engineering highly advantageous
Have a strong team focus as a key point of contact on site
Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills and have the ability to build excellent working relationships with all staff
