Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple painting contracts from initiation through to completion
Coordinate site supervisors, painters, subcontractors, and suppliers
Programme works, monitor job progress, and manage variations as they arise
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and contractual obligations
Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to maintain strong working relationships
Oversee cost control, reporting, and contract administration
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in contract or project management (painting or construction industry preferred)
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Solid understanding of construction contracts, site operations, and project delivery
Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and teams effectively
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
