About Us
Latopia Pty Ltd is a growing commercial plastering and cladding subcontractor operating across Victoria. We work with reputable Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders on council, education, healthcare, residential and mixed-use projects.
Due to project growth, we are seeking two Site Coordinators to support our Project Manager in managing multiple active construction sites.
This role offers strong long-term career progression for candidates looking to move into Project Management.

The Role
You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating site activities, communicating with builders and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth daily operations on site.
This is a hands-on site-based role, not an office-only position.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Builders’ Site Managers and Supervisors
Coordinate site labour and subcontractors
Monitor site progress and assist with programme tracking
Assist with material ordering and deliveries
Ensure site compliance with safety requirements
Support documentation including variations, day dockets and reports
Troubleshoot site issues and assist with problem solving

About You
We are looking for a motivated junior candidate who:
Is able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Has a genuine interest in the construction industry and is eager to build a long-term career in commercial construction
Is confident communicating in English, as this role requires regular interaction with builders and site supervisors
Is organised and proactive
Is able to work across multiple sites
Holds a valid driver’s licence in Australia
Holds a white card
Mandarin speaking is highly regarded but not essential.
Mandarin speaking and trade background is highly regarded but not essential.
