Urgent hiring for Site Engineer
Position: Site Engineer
Experience: 2+ years
Salary: ₹6 LPA
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical — specify if needed)
working Days- 6 days
Location- Pune, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site execution of projects as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards.
- Monitor work progress, daily activities, and report status to management.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
- Manage material planning, site inventory, and work allocation.
- Handle site measurements, documentation, and verification of contractor work.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and assist in ensuring timely project completion.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of site execution and project coordination.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality norms, and construction processes.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with site reporting tools preferred
