Job Description
The Site Engineer-Interior Design is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on construction sites for interior design projects. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to design plans, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role is critical in transforming design concepts into reality, ensuring each project meets client expectations.
NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EXECUTION OF INTERIOR, EXTERIOR & LANDSCAPING WORK IN COMMERCIAL PROJECTS LIKE HOTELS, HOSPITALS, ETC.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF AUTO CAD, BOQ PREPRATION & EXECUTION WORKS
Responsibilities
• Supervise and oversee on-site implementation of interior projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the interior execution process.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
