Total experience : 1 to 5 Years
Qualification : Diploma/B E – Civil Engineering
Work Location : Bangalore
Role Requirement:
• Should be able to prepare and check BBS, BOQ, Rate Analysis & Cost Estimates.
• Familiar with Report Writing and MS Power Point Presentation.
• Proven working experience in civil engineering.
• Should be able to Review the design
• Should be able to Calculate the variations.
• Should be conversant in Review of estimates.
• Knowledge in bidding Procedure & Preparation of Bidding Documents.
• Preferably from Design Consultancy and Site Monitoring Background.
Other Requirement :
• Client Handling.
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
• Communication Skills (Kannada/Tamil/Hindi and English).
Note : The Work Location Bangalore -
So the applicants should be ready to relocate to Bangalore
