Job Description
Postion: Civil Engineer
Experience: 10+ years
Roles and Responsibilities : -
• Project Execution- End to end responsibility of the given portion of the project.
• Supervise and manage daily site activities including labour, material and equipment.
• Experienced in RCC, Shuttering, reinforcement, waterproofing activities
• Ensure that work is carried out safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor and control the progress of the project, report any deviations or issues to the Project Lead
• Maintain and update records of project activities, including daily site reports, material delivery records, and labour time sheets
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, verification of contractor's bills
• Assist in preparing project schedules and budget estimates
• Ensuring compliance to safety guidelines, creating safety related awareness on site.
• Prior material management for smooth progress of the project.
• Timely handover of flats with good customer satisfaction
Educational Qualification: 10+2+ Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
