Planning and conceptualizing of Projects, Material Management, Execution of project.
Key Area-
Delivery in a time bound manner the work and project by effecting planning and execution keeping in view all the factor. Supervision of the work and ensuring quality material accounts, progress reporting.
Reporting to the HO, Billing estimation etc. complete site planning reporting progress
Estimation of works, preparing proposal, making tender documents etc.
Allotting Work to Labors and labor management on site
