Job Description
● To follow up with the Developers site team and get the project executed as per drawing
● To Execute The GFC on site as provided by ZOLO design Team
● To track Manpower and raise Purchase requisitions for material delivery
● To provide Daily updates on site progress
●To resolve site issue with clear understanding of the output requires
● Timely delivery of all projects on site
● Preparation of BOQ for various civil, electrical, plumbing and interior works
● To collaborate with design & Growth team and provide feedback on actual site condition and push
● Developers/Asset Partners team to complete the job on time
● To track Time and Cost overruns and achieve set milestones as per project plan
● To prepare Project master plan and track the same, raise red flags in case of delays
● To provide value engineering inputs for cost saving
