Job Description
Maintain Daily labour register, level register, quality test register etc. on site.
2) Update progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator on day-to-day basis.
3) Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the
specifications.
4) Ensure that the works done on site are in accordance with the specifications.
5) Assist Projects Manager/Co-ordinator in monitoring and interpreting the contract design
documents supplied by the Architect.
6) Liaise and update Daily progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator and
bring attention to critical issues causing bottlenecks on site.
7) Liaise with any contractors, supervisors, and the general workforce involved in the
project.
8) Prepare RFOs for procurement of Client supplied material, if any.
+) Prepare Joint Measurement records along with Contractor, and check bill raised by the
contractor.
10) Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site as per contract
conditions, relevant codes...
