Site Engineer – Remedial Division

Freyssinet Australia is seeking a motivated and technically minded Site Engineer to join our Remedial Division in NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience across complex remedial projects in infrastructure and façade works.
About the Role
As a Site Engineer, you will support project delivery teams across various remedial construction sites in NSW. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, construction, and learning in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You will gain exposure to structural remediation, façade repair, concrete repair, and other specialist techniques while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of remedial projects
Support site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule are maintained
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Assist with project reporting and documentation using systems like Workbench
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, or related)
Strong interest in construction and remedial works
Willingness to travel within NSW as required
Excellent communication and organisational skills
