CPCM Group Limited are now looking for a Site Foreman to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access to a reputable and experienced company.

We need at least two years working experiences or at least level 4 qualifcation in the relevant construction fields, such as construction management, construction project management or quantity surveying.

Key duties will include:

Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites, directing on-site activities to ensure that construction progresses efficiently and within established timelines.

Oversee and coordinate building projects from planning through to completion, including new constructions, renovations, and alterations.

Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment

Oversee health and safety on-site by implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Monitor high-risk construction activities to ensure that safety and environmental regulations are strictly followed.

Arranging building inspections by local authorities

Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work

consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers

Perform regular quality control inspections to ensure construction standards are met and workmanship aligns with project requirements.

Liaise with director, project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Manage the procurement, maintenance, and allocation of building equipment, tools, and materials to support uninterrupted construction activities.

Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety

Undertake additional tasks or respond to unforeseen site issues as required to support project progress and meet operational needs.
