Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, high-standard Stucco Crew Foreman to lead our specialized exterior finishing team of 5. You aren’t just a "stucco guy"—you are a leader who takes pride in the Sage Stone name. You will be responsible for managing on-site production, ensuring our rainscreen and finish details are perfect, and keeping the crew motivated and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Line: Managing a tight-knit crew of 5, ensuring everyone knows their role for the day and has the materials they need.
Quality Control: Oversight of all stucco applications and ensuring high quality.
Digital Coordination: Using Jobber to track time, log job site notes, and upload photos of progress.
Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Homeowners on-site.
Deadline Management: Pushing the pace without sacrificing safety or quality. You know how to "read the weather" and plan the week accordingly.
Who You Are
A Natural Leader: You don't just give orders; you set the pace. You have a proven track record of leading small teams to successful project completions.
A "Joy to Work With": You bring a positive attitude to the site. You solve problems with a smile and keep morale high, even on hot or rainy Fraser Valley days.
Proactive Communicator: You don't wait for a problem to happen. You’re on the phone with the Ops Manager or the GC before a small issue becomes a big delay.
Detail-Oriented: You understand rainscreens, flashing, and color-matching like the back of your hand.

Previous experience in a Foreman or Lead Hand role.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Truck preferred).
Comfortable using mobile apps for time tracking and reporting (Jobber experience is a plus).
Must be based in or near Vancouver, BC.
Why Join Sage Stone & Stucco?
Stability: Work with a solid, established crew and a tech-forward management team.
Your Voice Matters: We don't just "hand down orders" from the office. As a foreman, you are the expert on-site. We value your input on scheduling, problem-solving, and how we can improve our process. If you see a better way to do it, we’re listening.
Local Focus: Spend less time commuting and more time building in our own community.
High Wages: We know what top-tier talent is worth in the region, and we pay accordingly.
Work/Life Balance: We believe you should be home for dinner. We prioritize flexible scheduling so you can actually attend your kids' games or take care of personal errands.
