I· ROLES & REPOSIBILITIES
Overseeing the progress of lighting installation at site.
Regularly checking stock available at site.
Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition.
Site visit for recce and all other measurement.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.
Make daily site reports
Candidate should be well versed with all types of civil construction activities require in interior projects
Professional experience in designing interior of retail stores, Residential, Commercial buildings, etc. projects required.
Should have skills on every facet of interior decorators of large sites.
Maintain Coordination between Site and Office
· Regularly Conduct Site Visits to ensure execution is as per drawings.
· Instructing the electrician team and Office in case of Gaps observed at site.
· Preventing possible errors at critical stages so that execution meets Design intent.
· Prior Knowledge of Interior works- / Electrical/ Lighting/ Installation/ Designing etc.
· Ability to draw Sketch/ Section to instruct site team
· Electrical site execution, Installation testing & Lighting Installation or wiring etc.
Maintenance work in lighting.
Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
Get the Lighting installation at site.
Site supervision.
Coordination with client and internal team and Self Initiator.
Prior Experience (7 to 8 yrs) in Individual Residences/ Office (Civil/Interiors/ Electrical).
