Structura By Franco is a privately owned custom home builder with a focus on quality and transparency for our clients.
We are looking for a Site Lead / Handyman who cares about the quality of output in their work.
Someone with organizational skills, planning, and the ability to prioritize tasks and projects is essential. The ideal candidate has a variety of construction knowledge and/or industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing maintenance and handyman repairs on our projects (including but not limited to carpentry, drywall and taping, touch-up painting, electrical, etc.)
Completing finishes on renovation projects
Detail oriented
Need to have their own tools and work vehicle
Must be willing to travel within GTA and surrounding areas
Material management with onsite equipment and materials delivered to site
Maintain a safe work environment
Loading/unloading some materials as needed
Supervise sub-trades as required on occasion
Skills and Requirements:
Having a variety of skills for typical tasks is ideal for such as the following: o General Carpentry - Rough and Finish is an asset. o Cabinet installation such as vanities o Knowledge of building codes o Interior painting Interior o Drywall Repair / Patching o Caulking o Tiling o Masonry o Plumbing o Electrical o Siding Installation o Door and Hardware installation o Trim installation
Knowledge of any other construction skills is an asset
Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
Effectively communicate with trades

Driver's License (required)
