Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Northern Territory team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

About the Role
Leading and managing internal and external contractors
Preparing RFI, Notices of Delay, variations and EOT submissions
Providing weekly reports to customers and project manager
Ensuring compliance with customers and company safety, quality and business processes
Writing and reviewing JSA's and risk assessments
Reading, interpreting and communicating plans effectively to stakeholders
Responsibilities
Managing cost control, reporting, procurement and contract management
Building positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders such as customers, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
About You
Minimum 5+ years experience in a site manager position working on large-scale projects
Excellent time management and people management skills
High attention to detail and safety-focused approach to work
Problem-solving and innovation skills as an individual and as a team player
Requirements
Construction White Card and Current driver's license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety and Environmental standards
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications
Able to obtain DCSI and Australian Defence Security Clearance
Senior first aid training
Able to pass a Drug and ******* and Fit for work assessment
Experience using Procore and Pronto or similar related Project Management & ERP programs (Desirable)
