About the role
Manage and lead the day to day operations to deliver cleaning and patient handling services supporting clinical and non-clinical areas in line with the Queensland Health Operational Services Manual, which outlines the primary duties for operational service officers within a public health service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Establish a leadership and management framework that fosters and promotes the principles of quality Patient Support Services across The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH)
Contribute to the strategic approaches of TPCH through collaborative working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance Patient Support Services and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements including but not limited to ACHS Accreditation Standards and the National Standards.
