Site Manager/Engineers/Freshers for a solar power project:
We are seeking to engage a site manager and site engineers for a solar power project in Bharuch district of Gujarat.
Apart from the site manager, we need two electrical engineers and one civil engineer. To be assisted by 2 trainee/fresher engineers as well.
Responsibilities
• The site manager will have overall responsibility of delivering the project within timelines and within budgets provided for site activity. S/he will be responsibile for managing as well as supporting/facilitating on-site activities of all vendors/sub-contractors and the team. S/he will also ensure that the project is executed and maintained as per given drawings and specifications.
• The site engineers will have the responsibility of assisting the site manager in achieving all of the above.
• Freshers will be given an opportunity to assist and learn at the site.
Qualifications/Eligibility:
• The site manager will necessarily need to have experience in managing the execution of at least 3 ground-mounted solar power projects with cummulative capacity of at least 10 MWp and minimum 3 years experience.
• The site engineers will need to be electrical/civil engineers with minimum 2 years experience at similar project sites.
• Trainee/fresher engineers can be diploma/degree holders with no experience
