A Site Manager/Foreperson's position exists within this well established Commercial Building and Construction Company. Due to increased works we require a Site Manager / Foreperson to join our team. The successful Site Manager / Foreperson will need to possess the following:
Requirements;
* At least 8 years experience in a similar role in the Sydney/NSW market
* Trade Background preferred but not essential
* Commercial sector experience
* Knowledge of construction techniques and methodologies
* Good understanding and experience in WHS Requirements and application
* Good understanding and experience in QA Requirements
* Excellent organisational skills - to co-ordinate subcontractors and adhered to a program
* Experience working in Rail/RIW and Airport environments would be an advantage
* Diploma, Cert 4 or Degree would be an advantage
