We are looking for a Site Measurement & Draftsman to join our interior design and execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring project sites, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating with designers, contractors, and project managers to ensure precision in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Measurement & Documentation:
Conduct on-site measurements of interiors and architectural spaces. Prepare accurate site reports and as-built drawings. Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. Drafting & Technical Drawings:
Create 2D CAD drawings , detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts. Develop technical drawings based on design concepts and site measurements. Ensure drawings are compliant with industry standards and company guidelines. Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers. Assist in design modifications and ensure feasibility in execution. Coordinate with contractors to clarify technical details and resolve site-related issues. Quality Control & Site Visits:
Regular site visits to verify execution aligns with design intent. Identify and report any technical challenges that may impact the project timeline. Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), Sketch Up or Revit is a plus. Strong understanding of measurements, proportions, and technical detailing. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution processes. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Why Join Us?
