Job Description:
• Monitor and review vehicle placement plans regularly for existing businesses.
• Plan, coordinate & implement operations for new business.
• Ensure regular briefing and adherence to safety, compliance and service standards identify learning needs and programs for employees and/or arrange for capability building programs.
• Take responsibility and resolve all on ground emergency situations.
• Review and report operations performance (e.g. occupancy report, speed report etc.) regularly to close gaps and ensure constant improvement in service quality.
• Ensure timely billing and payment for BA.
• Maintain strategic relationship with customers for timely & satisfactory resolution and reduction of customer complaints.
• Maintain strategic relations with BAs resolution of service deficiencies and meeting vehicle requirements.
• Ensure maintenance and retention of existing accounts and service improvement
