Job Description
Responsibility: Managing production environments and ensuring availability and uptime Help implement CI/CD pipe and staging/production environments on cloud/on prem. Continuous monitoring of system performance and identify potential issues before they impact users. Experience working with Industry leading monitoring tools. Respond to incidents related to monitoring systems, troubleshooting Level 1 issues and resolving issues promptly. Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, anomalies, to identify potential issues. Cross-collaboration with development and platform teams to enhance application performance and reliability. Experience: Experience in SaaS, and Cloud platforms. Strong background in QA automation, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), and security best practices. Experience setting up CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), observability, and performance tuning. Hands on with any monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, microservices, and scalable distributed systems. Understanding of cloud monitoring/alerting tools (Datadog/Splunk) would be an advantage. B2B SaaS experience preferred. Background in using automation and configuration management tools e.g Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible/Chef etc. Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
