Roles And Responsibilities
• Hands-on Techno Functional lead with strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
• Responsible to define SLO & SLAs with inputs from all the relevant stakeholders
• Implement SLI through monitoring tools along with alerting
• Implement proactive monitoring such that detect an issue & resolve it quickly before it becomes Major Incident
• Automate manual tasks & implement self-healing
• Participate in design, build, and on-call support of various cloud container, and on-premises platforms...
