Purpose:
To lead and manage the site guard force (security guards, supervisors, security officers) ensuring effective daily operations, adherence to security policies, and implementation of robust security protocols. The role also focuses on risk mitigation and emergency response to maintain a safe and secure working environment that supports uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the site security team, instilling high standards of conduct and ethics.
• Ensure adherence to standardized security protocols and client security standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve site security systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection, and related systems, ensuring timely fault resolution.
• Enforce access control procedures for personnel, vehicles, and materials.
• Ensure team compliance with security, health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate effective emergency response and maintain security during incidents.
• Conduct security investigations and present findings to management.
• Deliver statistical and analytical security reports for internal review.
• Provide briefings, refresher training, and security inductions to staff and contractors.
• Perform additional security-related duties as required.
Relationship Management:
• Ensure contract performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the liaison between employees and vendors for projects and operations.
• Train and motivate the security force to uphold the values of Amazon and Securitas.
• Support site leadership with daily and special event security planning.
• Maintain close communication with client stakeholders.
