Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in New Delhi,Punjab,Haryana, Uttarpardesh and Uttrakhand. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety procedures, managing personnel, and coordinating with team members and clients as necessary.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and protocols, including safety procedures and materials
• Experience in supervising and managing personnel in construction-related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related field preferred.
• Experience working in the electrical, interior, and/or carpentry fields is a plus
