• Functional experience in Industrial Coating Field
• Functional experience of different types of Surface Preparation methods. (Power tool and Hand Tool, Blasting)
• Functional experience on different Paint Applications method (Brush, Roller, Spray, etc)
• Understanding on different Surface Types
• Measurement techniques of different types of MS Structure
• Functional experience in Project execution and production
• Team Management and Material Management
• Functional knowledge of MS office and Internet

- Understanding the Surface profile and creating SOP-QAP accordingly.
- SOP-QAP training to the Execution Team and Supervisor.
- Measuring corroded/non corroded surface area
- Taking Measurements of Work and Monitoring/Controlling the Quality (SOP & QAP Processes)
- Understanding/knowledge of Paint standard and compliance
- Documentation and reporting of Data
- Recording & Analysis of Data
- Getting Work Certified from Client/TPI.
- Submitting certified measurements for billing.
- Creating and submitting Case Studies and Quality Reports.
- External & Internal Communication
- Responsibility of Development and Growth of assigned Team.
