Job requirement for a Planning Associate:
Job responsibilities:
- Understand the manpower required for the execution of the site
- Preparing the manpower checklist of all the sites and mapping the painters to the sites
- Communicating the information regarding the sites to the painters
- Managing and coordinating the transportation of painters to sites on time
- Tracking the attendance and performance of every painter daily
- Keeping the morale of the painters high by regularly motivating them through performance-based incentive programs
- Managing the payments of all the painters regularly and maintaining the manpower cost and transportation cost details of every site
- Maintaining the inhouse painter capacity as per the business requirement
Skills required:
Advanced Excel knowledge
Must have construction background
Negotiation skills
Logical thinking
Excellent communication skills
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
