Site Supervisor
Site Management:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for commercial interior projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure that workmanship meets or exceeds project requirements and industry standards.
Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all on-site personnel.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Material Management:
Oversee the delivery, storage, and usage of materials on-site, ensuring that all materials meet project specifications and are utilized efficiently.
Progress Reporting:
Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and accomplishments to project managers, providing accurate and timely updates.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure the smooth progression of the project.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and any other relevant paperwork.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure a cohesive and productive working environment.
Client Interaction:
Interface with clients as needed, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Cost Control:
Work in collaboration with the project manager to monitor and control project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
Adherence to Regulations:
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
