Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate labour and materials efficiently to maintain smooth site operations.
• Supervise execution tasks, including carpentry, civil, plumbing, electrical works, and other interior aspects.
• Interpret and execute technical drawings with precision.
• Conduct quality checks for dimensions and materials delivered, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Manage material consumption, reconcile usage, and minimize wastage.
• Plan and execute work systematically within project timelines.
• Monitor multiple sites to ensure compliance with design instructions.
• Facilitate delivery coordination for materials and equipment.
• Exhibit problem-solving orientation and clear communication with workers and team members.
Requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of furniture, fixtures, POP, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiles, and paint.
• Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Own vehicle for travel to multiple project sites.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for smart, energetic, and dedicated professionals fluent in English, presentable, and skilled in management. Candidates should have a pleasant personality and a clear employment background.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing.
• Relevant experience in site supervision is preferred.
