Job Description
• Interior fit out experience in in making bank branches
• Site visit for recce and all other measurement.
• Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers
• Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.
• Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Project Manager.
• To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same to internal PMC deptt. to ensure timely completion of project site.
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.
• Make daily site reports
• Maintain site blog book
• Follow site safety plan and ensure that all worker working at site with full safety equipments.
• Control and monitor labour, material and equipments and all related matters.
• Act as the link between architects, interior designers and contractor workers
• Make suggestions and recommendations for repair
• Coordinate with Purchase, Logistic and Workshop Team to ensure delivery of products
• Coordinate with PMC, H.O. & Accounts Team
