We are hiring a full-time Site Supervisor (Interior Projects) for our Pune operations.
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site supervision of interior project sites and office work.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Overseeing day-to-day activities at interior project sites
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Managing resources and handling on-site problem-solving
• Preparing and maintaining detailed site reports
Qualifications
• Strong Project Management and Site Supervision skills
• Experience in Coordinating with Contractors and Vendors
• Sound knowledge of Interior Design and Fit-Out Processes
• Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in preparing detailed Site Reports
• Strong Communication and Team Collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup (on-site + office)
Educational Qualification:
• Diploma in Interior Design, B.E., or B.Tech. (Civil Engineering)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant site supervision experience
• Familiarity with Construction Management Software is an added advantage
