Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site execution of interior works as per drawings and design specifications
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule
• Ensure quality control and finishing standards are maintained
• Handle material planning, site requirements, and inventory checks
• Report daily site progress to the design team
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Ensure safety practices are followed at site
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and execution processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation
• Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
Preferred:
• Experience in residential interior projects
• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Interior Design
