Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with a specialisation in shoring to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate the shoring operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Manage concrete ordering and delivery, ensuring timely supply and accuracy.
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety protocols on site.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies on site.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in site supervision within the civil sector, particularly in shoring.
Previous experience with earthworks projects.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ordering concrete and managing deliveries.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
A “can-do” attitude and willingness to get involved in the practical aspects of the job.
