Making your impact
• To carry out first-line response to the installed MHE system faults
• Prioritise system faults
• To complete the relevant faults logs
• Assist with the MHE equipment servicing in accordance with the Dematic standards as set out in the equipment manuals
• To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• To ensure the quality of output
• Assist in the completion of relevant service records.
• Assist with the resolution of equipment faults
• To complete written reports
• Involvement in continuous improvement activities
Contributing to the team
• Previous experience working within a similar engineering environment (Mechanical or Electrical machinery)
• Experience working within a warehouse or production environment would be useful
• Minimum standards of numeracy and literacy
• Willingness to work shifts and additional overtime to help support the team
• Motivated to learn new skills and further develop your technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multi-disciplined team
