Summary
Implements technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise- wide solutions, using the company's or a third-party hardware/software products and/or processes and methodologies Integrates solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure Identifies additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization Assists the sales organization and related Practice Areas as technical/industry subject matter experts Role requires skills and understanding of the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system Primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals Composes applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution Supports deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables Participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future solutions
Key Responsibilities
• Strong understanding of CMS technologies and infrastructure as well as experience designing and deploying Sitecore application
• Experience in system design, implementation, scalability and interoperability of enterprise systems and web infrastructure.
• Experience of minimum 5+ years in Sitecore systems implementation and support
• Strong hands-on development experience with a Sitecore WCMS (Sitecore +/10 preferred)
• Sitecore ++/10+ Certification is a plus.
• Sitecore + to 10 migration experience is a plus.
• Sitecore SXA, Helix, Cortex, JSS, Headless and forms modules hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience with Glass Mapper is preferred.
• Experience with use of Sitecore xDB to create personalized user experience - personalization.
• Must have good knowledge and experience with SOLR Search and SQL Server, MongoDB; experience with either Unicorn or TDS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure deployment is preferred.
• Should have good working knowledge of CSS/HTML and JavaScript libraries.
• Hands on experience in .Net, Web API. Able to set up all the configurations for new project.
• Work with developers to identify necessary action for High priority Incident tickets.
• Document troubleshooting points if any new kind of Incidents comes.
• Create and document disaster recovery plan.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive application requirements.
• Experienced working with Sitecore + and above for multi country & multi language site
• Good experience in building Templates, Renderings, Layouts, Page Designs, and Partial Page Designs in Sitecore
• Experience in developing and exposing APIs from Sitecore using REST standards.
• Experience with managing a team using GitFlow branching pattern.
• Implement Sitecore best practices as and when required.
