SITEWORK CONSTRUCTION GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
$110,000 - $120,000 Annually Based on Experience + Full Benefits Package
No Weekends!
2 or 4-year College Degree Preferred
5 or more Years’ Experience in Supervision of Sitework Construction Required

Incorporated in 1964 Anastasi Trucking & Paving Co., is a second-generation, full-service, Lancaster-based site work contractor and we are seeking a full-time Sitework Construction General Superintendent.
Compensation:
Full benefits package
$110,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience
No weekends!
Duties Include:
Coordinate and run multiple projects from start to closeout
Supervise/coordinate all projects across the Western New York region
Coordinate with customers and other contractors
Schedule/manage labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
Coordinate with Company/Project Managers
Manage project labor for EEO goals when applicable
Understand project budgets and costs
Complete projects within budget and schedule
Must have experience with self-performed work; earthwork, underground utilities, concrete flatwork and curbs, asphalt paving, athletic field construction, and landscaping
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe software
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Highly organized
Ability to research and solve problems independently
2 or 4-year college degree
5 or more years experience in supervision of site work construction
Must have completed an OSHA 30 training within the past 5 years
Must have a current Certificate of Erosion and Sediment Control Training
