Area Manager – Skechers | New South Wales

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure efficient operation of Skechers stores across the state to deliver strong results in sales, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, wage control, and shrinkage
Motivate and develop Store Managers to achieve and exceed their KPIs and sales targets
Monitor sales performance closely, recognising outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement
Manage wage costs across your region, adhering to budget and rostering guidelines
Coach and mentor Store Managers to maintain high team morale and promote their professional development through training and succession planning
Train Store Managers in recruitment, selection, and conducting regular performance reviews to build strong teams
Ensure stores comply with relevant health and safety legislation, promoting a safe working environment

About You:
Proven experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Multi-Site Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
A motivated, driven ‘Make it Happen’ mindset with strong leadership skills
Passionate about inspiring and developing high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs
Strong operational expertise in stock control, visual merchandising, and wage management
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across support functions
