About the role
Perfect Concrete Care is a specialist concrete services business operating in Brisbane. We deliver high-quality demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, grinding, and surface preparation solutions to construction, civil, and commercial clients.
We're growing and looking for a skilled Concrete Technician/Labourer to join our team based out of Slacks Creek. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your craft and reliability directly impact project outcomes and client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing
Concrete cutting, core drilling, and surface grinding
Demolition works in residential, commercial, and civil environments
Operating and maintaining specialist concrete equipment safely
Working to project specifications, site plans, and quality standards
Completing work safely, on time, and to a high standard
Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
What you’ll need
Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 2 years construction experience in Australia
Valid White Card (General Construction Induction) — mandatory
Valid Australian driver’s licence
Experience in demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, or grinding
Physically fit and able to perform sustained manual work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Highly regarded
Not mandatory — but will strengthen your application:
Hands-on experience with saw cutting, core drilling, or grinding equipment
EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
Working at Heights certification
Confined Space entry ticket
