Job Description
Aus Spotters is a trusted labour hire provider across Melbourne, supplying qualified electrical spotters and skilled/general labourers to leading construction, civil, and infrastructure projects.
We are expanding and are currently seeking experienced Skilled Labourers for ongoing and casual assignments across multiple sites.
About the Role
We have immediate starts available for reliable and hardworking labourers who can hit the ground running. Successful candidates will be placed on a variety of projects, performing tasks such as:
Use of hand and power tools
Site clean-up and general duties
Assisting trades and site supervisors
Manual handling
Spotting/observation duties (if qualified)
Basic carpentry, concreting, or civil works depending on experience
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
White Card (mandatory)
Previous construction or civil labouring experience
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
Reliable transport and punctuality
Ability to work well in a team and take direction
Spotter certification highly regarded but not essential
