• Calculates quantities of materials required for various projects, selecting stock, tools, and supplies accordingly.

• Reconstructs and repairs partitions, doors, windows, floors, furniture, and building frameworks using power tools or hand tools.

• Reads and interprets blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

• Measures and marks dimensions precisely using rulers, tape measures, calipers, compasses, and marking pencils to guide cutting operations.

• Installs sheet rock, linoleum, vinyl, and asphalt tile.

• Cuts and installs Formica as necessary.

• Performs additional tasks such as window replacement, ceiling tile installation, concrete form creation, mixing, and placing concrete, and patching stucco wall surfaces.
