Shift: Evenings
Shift Pattern: 5 on 2 off.
Shift Hours:16:00-02:00

Location: Tilmanstone Salads, Millyard Way Pike Road Industrial Estate Eythorne, Dover CT15 4NL
Transport: Free bus service available for Days & Evening shift (own transport required for Night shift)

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad’s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art factory.

About The Role.
We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our Bakkavor sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you’ll be kept busy creating our products. Working right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety, be encouraged to find where your strengths lie and supported to achieve your full potential.
Whether you are a machine operative , mixing operative, technician, QCs or key operative, you’ll always focus on safety, speed and accuracy. Using your previous experience in a manufacturing environment , you’ll always aim to deliver high-quality in a right first-time environment.
Skilled operative’s duties may include:
• Conducting CCP’s
• Metal Detection operation
• Check weighing operation.
• Leading a production line
We’re looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress. Familiar with the demands of a fast-paced production environment, you’ll have a good understanding of food safety best practice.
About You.
• Knowledge & Practical Experience operating Manufacturing Machinery
• Good fault-finding skills
• P lenty of drive, motivation, and ambitio n
• Previous manufacturing experience i s essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• T he desire to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
• The willingness to wear PPE.
• T he ability to be hardworking and a good team player.
• A keen eye for detail and a good understanding of English and Maths
