DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate Equipment - Skid Steer / Small Excavator / Aerial lifts
• Smooth out site
• Build temp ramps / Gravel base
• Place Lego blocks / barricades
• Auger for light piles / bollards / etc..
• Trenches and Backfill for shallow excavation, electrical trenching, etc..
• Run packer
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Maintains equipment including reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
• Run equipment as needed
Skilled labour
• Backing in walls
• Concrete P/F and Formwork/Flatwork
• Coring/Cutting
• Installing man doors
• Temporary railings
• Caulking
• Simple concrete flatwork
• Form place and finish
• Bathroom finishes -mirror railing hooks etc
• Assemble bathroom partition
• Set anchor bolts
• Install roof coping
• Set up temporary fall arrest on roofs
• Setting bollards
• Landscaping
Casual Labour
• Clean and prepare construction sites
• Tarping / Hoarding
• Grouting
• Demolition/Jackhammering/Concrete Cutting & Coring
• Painting
• Radon prep/wall protection
• Snow removal
• Ensure the site is kept clean and orderly.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Physical Labour
Skills
• Blueprint reading
• Assist in site supervision
• Directing equipment on site
• Using surveyor levels, checking site grades
• Be responsible to ensure Trade Contractors are working safely on site and report any violations
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• May perform other related duties as assigned
• Filling out paperwork, electric documents, Procore daily logs with photos.
• Understands and Complies with OH&S safety regulations.
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Perform site clean up and remedial tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
• Overtime pay

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
Experience:
• Skid Steer Operating: 2 years (required)
